Where do your costs actually go? We help you find out.
Visluce works alongside Argentine small and medium-sized enterprises to map their cost structures, identify spending that adds no value, and build practical optimization plans grounded in how each organization actually operates.
We are not accountants and we do not provide regulated financial advice. We are analysts who read cost structures and show you where the money is going — and where it doesn't need to go.
How we work with you
Three focused stages that move from diagnosis to action without unnecessary complexity.
Structural Diagnosis
We map your organization's complete cost structure. Every category is examined: fixed, variable, recurring, discretionary. You see the full picture, often for the first time.
Identifying the Unnecessary
With the structure mapped, we identify spending that is not contributing to operations. Duplicated services, unused subscriptions, supplier contracts that no longer reflect market conditions.
Optimization Plan
We develop a concrete, actionable plan adapted to how your business actually works. Priorities are set by impact and feasibility. Implementation belongs to you — the roadmap belongs to us.
Built from understanding the Argentine business reality
Visluce was established in 2021 in Villa Angela, Chaco. The founding team observed that many small and medium enterprises across the region carried significant unnecessary costs — not from negligence, but from operating without a clear structural view of their spending.
We built a methodology that fits how Argentine SMEs actually operate: with limited administrative capacity, shifting economic conditions, and the need for practical answers rather than theoretical frameworks.
Areas of analysis
Each engagement focuses on the areas most relevant to your organization's specific context.
Supplier Cost Review
A systematic look at what you pay to each supplier, the terms of those relationships, and whether those terms still reflect your current operational volume and needs.
Fixed Overhead Mapping
Fixed costs accumulate over time and often include line items that no longer serve a purpose. We surface them and assess which can be reduced or restructured.
Recurring Expenditure Audit
Subscriptions, licenses, and recurring service contracts are audited for actual usage and business necessity. Many organizations find significant savings in this area alone.
Operational Process Cost Analysis
Internal processes generate costs that are not always visible in accounting categories. We trace cost generation through operational workflows and identify where process changes could reduce them.
Types of engagements we conduct
Examples of the kind of work Visluce carries out across different industry contexts.
Supply Chain Cost Mapping
Reviewing procurement costs, freight, and storage expenses for a retail operation to identify where the cost-to-revenue ratio could be improved.
Administrative Overhead Reduction
Mapping administrative costs in a service company, identifying duplicated functions and unused digital tools that were generating monthly expenditure without return.
Production Cost Structure Review
Analyzing the cost structure of a small production operation, focusing on energy, materials, and supplier contracts that had not been renegotiated in several years.
